THE NOIR MEMBERS SOCIETY (NOIR) is a platform and business studio focused on providing marketing services, commercial connection, marketing consultations, and the coordination of business opportunities related to the real estate and international investment sector — with a focus on approved projects, companies, and partners in North Cyprus and other regions according to the nature of each cooperation.
